Throwback to Turi Beach

Few months back, I actually went to Batam, Turi Beach Resorts for a 3d2n getaway from Singapore. So this blog post is a stuper throw back to around 6 months back...

I actually book this trip from groupon.sg and it was around $200 for 3d2n stay including boat trip and resort stay. The resort was great and their customer service was fantastic. They helped us a lot with food, ice buckets and stuff and yet they still brought smile with them to serve us. I would say that this was one of the best short getaway I had! 

For those who thought of going to this resorts, they actually do accept SGD and it is actually better for the rate in SGD, so if you are not going to go out of this resort, you don't have to change your currency! But the food in this resorts was rather pricy so maybe just change around 50-100 will be sufficient as the seafood out there was very cheap too!!! 

As I was there earlier, I actually went to their little chilling corner where you could buy drinks and snacks. There was free pool table too, but it was a little run down.

The room was really big and it was also the sea view. However, my room was at the far end so there were trees blocking the excellent view. 

I actually to walk around and to look at the place. It was quite small but it was like a little town to me. I would definitely go there again!!! 

As we went out of resorts for some little shopping in the noon, and J was like I think we should go back to resorts already. (we dont have much time left as we book a 4 hour cab with us for 32SGD) I was so upset as I did not get to have dinner and the restaurants in the resorts was costly. 

J then brought me walk around and said he would find ways and he actually booked dinner by the beach without telling me. I was damn surprised and ya first time having private chef and server serving me. It was around 200SGD, as compared to Singapore, if you wanna have some romantic dinner with your partner, you should book this in advance as they actually includes decorating the rooms and the venue. It will look better and more rosey if you book in advance!

The dinner was awesome but the beef was a little overcook. It was still an excellent experience with a lot of mozzie bite as present.

Woke up early to have breakfast with its lovely seaview. That's the only time I love waking up in the morning. Went for some swimming and sea sports activities!

 Sneak out for some A&W and seafood! Totally yummy, drooling while blogging all this stuff. I miss times there so much!!! Ohya, and I did my nails there.

I wanna go back there so badly! Bring me back to somewhere safe and quiet.
