In this workshop, I learned about the background of Beijing 101. From my understanding, using natural herbs are beneficial for us especially when most of us often dye hair etc. which hurts our scalps a lot.

During the workshop, I also had a scan on my scalp (bad results) and I learned that lack of sleep is one of the causes to hair fall issues and even oily scalp. It is also very important to use the tip of the fingers and not your finger nails to wash your hair as finger nails will damage and hurt your scalp. Furthermore by using the tip of the fingers, you can remove all the dirt and dandruffs. (Good tip from Beijing 101 hair consultant!)
